new cabinet

It is interesting to read the bios of the new ministers as they all seem to be in their sixties. Do you suppose experience (and wisdom) does come with age? Where are all the young energetic men or women? Why have they been overlooked? T

I think that political experience is needed more than any other characteristic at this moment of time. Hopefully the cabinet reshuffling will help make the government more efficient on the national level , especially when dealing with the parliament and the opposition.

i share your same thoughts...been wondering what happened to all the young and energentic, also where have all the women went?

it makes you wonder why choose such a cabinet in light of the various campaigns calling for more youth and women programs and initiatives?

It's strange why they bothered to even reshuffle the cabinet, when all we the people are asking for is 'clean' government policy that positively affects the needs of every citizen. Surely it's not a matter of who is at the helm, rather what long term policies are in place for those at the helm to implement??

the government will only be more efficient (wise?) when it cleans up the mess that corruption breeds.... and then there won't be a need for a reshuffle ....

At this extremely critical time, surely the important criteria is that the best, most comptent people have been selected for whatever post they hold ? That is what we the public must be reassured about. Old, young, male, female, Muslim, Christian, is not at all relevent to me.
