World Drugs Day soon
As I was sitting in a traffic jam at the Fifth Circle, I noticed this banner. Not quite sure what to make of the translation. It is World Drugs Day soon so lots of warnings on various banners have been put up. Wish the translations into English had been a bit more careful!! T
