On location

You have to admire war correspondents and photographers for their sheer guts and nerves of steel; something I realised today I don't possess when I joined the crew of a film shoot on the outskirts of Zarka. And the first photo I took was the one above, a trial run of an exploding hat! As you can see it's a complete disaster, but I am posting it anyway to show what happened when the contraption exploded. I nearly lept out of my skin and the ringing in my ears lasted a good ten minutes! Apart from that I had a fun day despite all the chain smokers around. What is it with film crews and cigarettes?
