customer service from Orange
Should one blog when the temper is raging?! Trying to get through to Orange is almost impossible, the time one waits is unbelievable. I have just spent 25 minutes getting cut off or just waiting for someone to answer and that does not include all the calls earlier and yesterday and the day before!! They can spend an absolute fortune on advertising their wares but their customer care is absolute crap. We have been from one department to another and even made the trip down to their hq to try and solve the problem of the adsl line cutting off every five minutes. Does anyone know the MD of Orange? I want to give him a piece of my mind! T

Just came back from Orange 7th circle, was going to pay my bill but their system was down, I waited for about 45 minutes hoping and praying to see the system running again but it didn't.
Tomorrow or after tomorrow they will partially disconnect my line because I'm late.
I hate them! Their customer care sucks!! It takes them forever to answer while you're waiting. They "say" that they'll pick up in a minute, but they never do! We've had some problems with our internet and they're not very helpful. Overall, Orange sucks!

Hello everyone, i've been searching for anyone who has been having problem in the past couple of weeks with orange, and i stumbled upon you guys, i just want to see if you also have problems with adsl speeds as of late, because orange seem to think i'm hallucinating and that the problem is only in my mind, my speed is 1mb, which should equal 100 kb/s, now i'ts 10kb/s if its a good day, just wanted to see if you guys might have the same problem with your speeds as well as the other problems i've read about, i'm sorry i can't be helpful, i am only asking for help. so i can tell them that they're crap, thank you, and sorry for barging in like this. Amazingly enough we are still trying to solve the problem even with the MD involved, plus numerous phone calls and one home visit. The engineer reported back that the problem had been solved when it had not. I am not holding my breath but heaven only knows how people cope when they have a problem and the 'wonderful' customer care at Orange fails to help. T
Hisham, I cannot help you with speeds as I haven't the faintest idea about all the technical details but hope someone, somewhere can come to your aid. (probably not Orange though!) T
