No more plastic bags
Come on Jordan, be brave - BAN THE USE OF PLASTIC BAGS.
We all drive around and see our national flower in the streets, the countryside and blowing in the wind. Such an ugly sight and so dangerous to the environment, animals and land.
It is easy to use cloth bags, so please let us see more of you in the shops and supermarkets refusing the plastic and using a friendly green alternative. T

I shall be moving to Jordan soon inshaAllah, and i'm slightly nervous, being Britih born and having not really lived anywhere else, its quite a move ( as you're probably aware), my husband is familiar with jordan, though having lived there as a single man has no idea about what there is available for women to do.
I've been reading your blog and alhumdulillah it seems there is much to do. If you could help ease my heart further, it would be greatly appreciated. I just have a few questions.

The day we see go green in Jordan is a dream as far-fetched as Obama solving the financial crisis overnight, it ain't gonna happen !
