Something to Ponder
The latest space shuttle to blast off on Saturday was carrying toilet parts to the international space station. That’s something to ponder considering there are millions of people living on earth without electricity, running water, let alone toilets!!...........z

If you saw any of the space documentaries of how the astronauts went to the bathroom in low gravity before, you would forgive them. Let's just say it involved inserting painful tubes into uncomfortable places.
Yeah .. i agree with Hani. If you are going to have scientists up in space, they have no were else to go. They can't just crap in a ditch :-) ... a toilet is sort of necessary.
I think a better thought to ponder would be that of dedicating a fraction of that money to help people in 3rd world places instead of having it going to unnecessary super-nuclear military spending.
Exactly za3tar.....I was pondering the way in which we earthlings spend our money!.......z
